Legal notice and contact
Who runs this service, and where to write. The other four documents are the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Package Policy and the Security Policy.
1. Operator
This site and the mc package registry are operated by the minicompiler organisation on GitHub (github.com/minicompiler), through its owner, resident in the Federative Republic of Brazil. It is a non-commercial project: nothing is sold here, there is no advertising, and there is no charge for any part of the service.
The full postal address and, where one exists, the registration number of the operator are given on request to anyone with a legitimate legal interest, and to any authority that asks. Write to legal@minicompiler.dev.

3. What the service does
It publishes documentation for the mc language and runs a registry of mc packages. The registry stores metadata only: names, descriptions, version rows, hashes and the addresses of archives that live on the author's own forge. The code belongs to its authors and is distributed under the licence each repository carries; the operator is not its author and does not endorse it (Terms, section 2).
4. Hosting
The service runs on a virtual server rented from Hostinger, in the European Union, and may sit behind Cloudflare for protection against denial-of-service attacks. The sign-in is GitHub's. The privacy policy, section 7 says what each of them sees.
5. Governing law
Brazilian law governs the service, including Lei 13.709/2018 (LGPD) and Lei 12.965/2014 (Marco Civil da Internet). The forum is the courts of the operator's domicile in Brazil, except where the law grants you the right to sue elsewhere. See Terms, section 14.
6. Languages
The legal documents are written in English. A Portuguese translation may be published as a courtesy; in case of divergence the English text prevails, except where Brazilian law requires otherwise for a consumer.
